Position: Associate Director of Building Surveying - West Midlands Key Responsibilities: Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services, focusing on acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence (TDD).
Manage diverse projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Play a pivotal role in the firm's ongoing growth and success.
Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years of Building Surveying experience within Commercial projects.
MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
Strong business development and client management skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
