This role demands a thorough understanding of the ESET ecosystem to effectively create activation roadmaps and provide robust business support to partners.
Key responsibilities include fostering the growth of the entire indirect sales channel, setting and achieving clear objectives for co-marketing activities, and ensuring the success of these initiatives through meticulous performance measurement and monitoring.
Additionally, the manager will execute B2R communications and support reseller education programs, all while aligning with the companys business goals.
Develop and execute quarterly or annual marketing plans with channel partners, manage budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts in close collaboration with the channel sales team.
Align channel marketing communication strategies with ESETs brand strategies.
Conduct regular reviews of channel partners performance through Quarterly Business Reviews.
Support new product launches in the channel by providing collateral, communication strategies, training tools, and related activities.
Cooperate closely with Channel Marketing Execution in HQ to identify or adopt best practices for achieving Company business goals.
Monitor and support channel partner activities, campaigns, websites, or stores, and perform analyses to drive improvements.
Maintain and develop the partner portal.
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and marketing budget expenditures.
Collaborate closely with ESETs end-user demand generation teams to ensure balanced marketing efforts and resource leverage.
Coordinate with ESETs event manager and Channel Sales Manager on the organization and evaluation of channel events.
Contribute to the creation of various content for channel partners, including onboarding materials, educational webinars, and strategic and product-oriented content.
Develop and deliver regional content to support lead generation and establish thought leadership.
Work with the other teams to build, launch, analyze, and optimize email marketing, web, social, and paid media campaigns for channel partners.
Analyze and report on campaign progress against goals and ROI.
Represent the company by providing offering presentations, trade shows, research, and competitive monitoring.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing to ensure alignment of all ongoing priorities with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Regularly update the promotional calendar.
Monitor, analyze, and report on competitive activities within the channel, including pricing, promotions, new products, and programs.
Produce marketing materials, merchandise, or Point of Sale (POS) items for channel partners.
Manage third-party vendors and agencies, and establish processes that support the successful execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns.
Input and track leads within ESETs CRM, measure the ROI/effectiveness of all channel and end-user campaigns.
