The Opportunity This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the reach of a global leader in educational technology.
As a Channel Manager, you'll be responsible for scaling the business across Central Europe's higher education sector.
With a focus on sustainable, long-term growth, you'll manage a network of channel partners, develop a strategic market approach, and bring the power of innovative products to the heart of higher education.

What we're looking for: Experience – 4+ years of success in channel sales, preferably with SaaS and enterprise software solutions.
Experience in the education sector, particularly higher education, is highly desirable.
Language Skills – Fluent in German and English, with excellent business writing skills; additional European languages are a strong asset.
Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of the LMS marketplace, educational technology trends, and the sales process for learning platforms (VLE/LMS).
Sales Approach – A strategic and consultative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
Collaboration – Experience working cross-functionally and delivering market insights to product and customer experience teams.
Travel Ability – Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site visits and events.
What you'll do: Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners across Central Europe, with a primary focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Collaborate with partners on business plans to drive mutual success, providing sales enablement resources, product training, and ongoing support.
Track and report on partner sales performance, drive adoption of products and programs, and conduct joint sales calls and customer presentations.
Direct Sales to Higher Education: Present a Learning Platform to decision-makers, showcasing the unique value proposition for higher education.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in higher education institutions, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to Product and Customer Experience teams based on customer and market insights.
Represent at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build thought leadership.
Maintain accurate product and partner information across website and partner portal.
