Change Manager

Lithium3 are looking for a really hands-on Change Manager for a contract through to either May or August next year.
The role is 3 days per week and it is outside IR35.
It is not remote as we are talking 2 days per week onsite in Oxfordshire.
Role will be more to plan and organise business managers who will lead analysis and do most of the work for some organisational change work.
We are looking for experience in:- Benefits analysis and management Change impact assessment Process mapping/workflow – identification through to implementation and benefit realisation (for SAP to fit a standard approach) Lithium3 Technology Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of specialist contractors.
