As a Change Manager within the Credit Risk function you will play a critical role in driving impactful, end-to-end projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion within the Credit Department.
Collaborate with project sponsors and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement plans and initiatives that address change, providing valuable analysis and actionable recommendations.
Process Design & Implementation: Design and implement realistic work processes for planned changes, ensuring smooth integration.
Business Process Improvement: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end credit process.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders to secure necessary resources and implement improvements.
Support Change Management: Assist the Change Management team in executing projects and adapting to evolving business needs when additional tasks as required to ensure successful project execution.
Competencies Required Effective team leader with a strong focus on execution.
Comprehensive knowledge of wholesale banking processes, from origination to drawdown, within middle- and back-office operations, coupled with a solid understanding of governance structures and European regulatory risk management requirements for financial institutions.
Proven experience within a credit risk function at a major bank, focusing on advancing credit and sustainability risk regulatory objectives Proven expertise in implementing business process, technology, and system changes, including in global settings.
Skilled in leveraging SQL, dashboard tools, and Microsoft Suite to create and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources, including RDB table designs.
