Duties and responsibilities: PRE-SALES Attend and present at pertinent conferences.
Take part in videos and voice overs as required for sales collateral and use webinars, LinkedIn and other social media to develop the reputation of the service and brand Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
Collaborate with prospective clients and customers to support the promotion and upsell of services Contribute to the creation and presentation of proposals, tenders and other key documentation Proactively grow a network of contacts, establish a reputation within the industry and generate sales leads SERVICE DELIVERY Change Management Planning: Develop comprehensive change management plans for SaaS product implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, customer support, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Communicate effectively with external clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during change processes.
Implementation and Execution: Lead the execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business change, digital transformation, adoption, and effective , measurement of business impact.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Other key activities: Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.

Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
