The Offer Join our dynamic and fast-paced Supported Employment (Strive) Team, where you will play a key role in empowering and upskilling our supported employees within their employment at Enham Trust.As a Job Coach, you will play a key role in the delivery and development of our supported employment service at Enham Trust; ensuring every individual we work with has a positive, impactful experience that supports them on their journey to employment.Our Supported Employment Programme is based on the ethos that anyone who wants to work can do so with the right coaching/training and co-working with employers.Clients on the programme have long-term health conditions, learning difficulties and/or disabilities which have presented them with barriers to entering the world of work.You'll manage a caseload of supported employees, providing individualised and group support to support individuals to achieve their employment goals. This is a part time role working 3 days per week (Monday - Friday) based on site at Enham Alamein, with regular travel required around the local region.About us We are Enham!
