We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie at OBU - Harcourt Hill.

Location: Oxford Brookes University Rate of pay: £28,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends (7:00am-03:00pm) 40 working weeks per year Key responsibilities Run a specific part of the kitchen, making sure dishes are cooked well and meet standards Prepare and cook dishes following recipes, ensuring they're consistent and look good Guide and support junior staff to help the kitchen run smoothly Keep track of supplies, order what's needed, and make sure food is stored properly to avoid waste What's in it for you?
