Job Overview: The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
This role involves managing a team of care professionals, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Lead and manage a team of care staff, including core and support staff.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements ?
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Handle escalated client or family concerns with sensitivity and efficiency.

Qualifications: ?
Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
