Certified Home Health Aide

Sunrise Pointe is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team.
As a CHHA, you will play a vital role in providing home care services, assisting seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs), and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities -Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
-Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
-Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
-Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes to the care team.
-Follow personalized care plans to ensure each client's needs are met with dignity and respect.
Qualifications -Valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification in New Jersey.
-Strong skills in home care, patient care, and personal care.
