Exciting Opportunities for Self Employed Certificated Enforcement Agents Due to our expansion with several new nationwide contracts and an unprecedented demand for our services, UK Bailiffs is actively seeking experienced Certificated Enforcement Agents to join our team across England and Wales on a self-employed basis.
Key Responsibilities: Enforcement Operations: Execute a wide range of enforcement instructions including : Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) Lease Forfeitures Evictions of travellers and trespassers Evictions of temporary housed (excluded occupiers) High Court Writ Enforcement Enforcement of Liability Orders related to Council Tax and Traffic Management Act (TMA) General Debt Recovery Reporting: Regularly report to regional managers to ensure operations are conucted efficiently and in compliance with legal standards.
Compliance: Ensure all enforcement instructions are carried out within the legal framework, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
Ideal Candidate: Certification: Must hold a current Certificate of Enforcement, demonstrating your legal authority to act as an enforcement agent.
Experience: Proven experience in various enforcement roles, particularly in: Commercial debt recovery High Court enforcement Execution of fines and liability orders Management of traveller and trespasser evictions Management of domestic evictions What We Offer: Flexibility: Work on a self-employed basis, allowing for a flexible work schedule to suit your lifestyle.
