Job summary This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Part time flexible Support Worker to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group team in Caldicot.
The role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Main duties of the job As a Cerebral Palsy Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
You will be part of a team working flexible hours across the week, including bank hours and alternate weekends.

Job description Job responsibilities About The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Part time flexible Support Worker to join our team in Caldicot.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours: You will be a part of a team working flexible hours across the week: Bank hours 09:30am – 17:00, 21:00-8:00 (Waking Nights).
Alternate weekends required.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the various hours.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid UK driver's license.
