Cera Care | Female Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Grays area.
You'll be providing care and support to our female and male clients with hobbies ranging from having their own tiktok and you tube channels to singing and having their nails done, whose individual needs include:
Tracheostomy tube support Peg feeding Cough Assist therapy Stroke support Personal care Epilepsy
Shifts available
9pm-8am every Tuesday, Thursday 3.30pm-6pm every Tuesday & Thursday 8am-8pm every Friday 8.15am-6.15/8.15pm - Tuesday & Wednesday and Thursday & Sunday 8.15am-6.15/8.15pm - Thursday and Friday & Saturday
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
