Ceo - Third Sector - Full Or Part Time

My client is a high performing third sector business combining a highly respected and long-standing charity serving local communities, and a thriving commercial training and consulting business.
This unique blend gives them fantastic opportunity to expand their charitable reach to even wider communities, by optimising and growing the trading side to the business.
They need an inspirational CEO to lead them into this exciting new phase.
The role is all encompassing and requires a truly inspirational and passionate leader.
This means someone driven by the charitable pursuits, whilst having a deep understanding of running and growing a fully commercial business.
You will lead from the front in collaborating with community leaders, local business sponsors and commercial customers, delivering an irresistible message of optimism, persuasion and partnership.
You will manage day-to-day internal operations, supporting the small team across both charity activities and the training business.

The role can be either full or part-time at a minimum of 30 hours per week, 100% office-based in Eastleigh.
The salary will be £65,000 for full-time, pro-rated accordingly.
