We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our prestigious organization operating in the Agriculture, Fishing, and Forestry sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the industry.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of £130,000 to £150,000 per annum.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and production Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government bodies Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the business Drive innovation and embrace new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings Requirements: Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the Agriculture, Fishing, or Forestry industry In-depth knowledge of the sector, including market dynamics, trends, and challenges Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation High level of integrity and ethical conduct Career Level: Senior Executive
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Masters or MBA preferred)
