Skills and experience: Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industryExperience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective managementEngaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment trainingExperience of meeting compliance standards across Health and SafetyExperienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI'sExcellent communication skills, verbally and writtenIT proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systemsGood time managementA current valid driving licenceWe're in an exciting chapter – rapidly growing our business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility.
