Do you thrive in a fast paced operation and are looking for a new challenge? Here at GXO, we're looking for an Administrator to join our Central Support Functions on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Based out of our Head Office in Northampton, you'll play a key part in our Central People Services team providing a professional service across a broad range of processes, including employee case management, onboarding, lifecycle, and leaver processing, as well as supporting with administration and queries.
You'll be working from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with a hybrid working model so you can work from home as well as in the office! Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.

What you'll do on a typical day: Ensure all Service Request tickets are managed, processed, and tracked in a timely and accurate manner Maintain records of personnel-related data in line with retention guidance, ensuring all personnel files contain the relevant information required Work closely with peers and colleagues across People Services to oversee and provide appropriate compliance and governance structure to service improvements identifying risks, issues, and consistency Maintain and validate data in HR System, including new hires/terminations, transfers, salary/wage changes, benefit deductions/changes, and work locations What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in an admin related role, if you have previous HR experience then this would be an added bonus! Experience of working in a shared service environment for a large, complex organisation Able to work at pace and demonstrate flexibility, you'll be working in an environment with frequent interruptions, changing tasks and priorities MS suite experience ie Excel, Word Powerpoint We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
