You will be responsible for carrying out the coordination, administration, and delivery of tasks that support our business, including, but not limited to, meetings, purchasing, reporting, onboarding new starters, and other administrative tasks.
As part of this role, you will undertake an ICT Apprenticeship.Main responsibilities and dutiesTake ownership of administration and implementation in a variety of internal projects across all departments.Maintaining and replenishing office supplies (e.g.
kitchen area, stationery, DSE items, etc)Managing information and producing documents, using spreadsheets, documents and presentations to company branded guidelines and templates.Updating the Document Management System and formatting approved documentation to company branding.Managing and liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised.Setting up accounts and issuing IT assets to new staff (e.g.
laptops, mobile phones, etc) liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised.Helping to develop a variety of training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and on-line documentation.Essential SkillsGCSE'S in English and Maths at Grade C or Equivalent.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Outlook), including complex formulas, macros and mail merges.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to assess priorities and problem solve day to day issues.Previous experience of using SharePoint.Experience of working in a busy office in a coordination or similar role.Ability to assess priorities and problem solve day to day.Knowledge information security.What Benefits Can You Expect?Salary £24,000 per annum 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
