As a TeamAdviser/administrator within the Adult Health Improvement Central Access Team, you're the first point of contact for our our clients contact our service, you'll be the voice at the end of the line.
It'll be up to you to assess their needs and sign postthem to the most appropriate service.
What will the role involve?o Handling/ making inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionalso Providing appropriate responses and advice to clientso Ensuring a high level of customer care is always providedo Escalating calls when requiredo Attend and contribute to team meetingso Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment Main duties of the job Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback.
