Click here to read about Colleague Networks – internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and?provide support to one another About the role N1 grade role This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role The base location for this role is Central London If you would like to have an informal chat about this role, please contact Julia Boyce - 07506808343 What you'll do Actively coach shop teams to drive standards of food production and food safety standards in line with operational efficiencies Support shop management teams in the delivery of Brand Standards Work with Area managers to identify skills gaps and put plans in place to address these Ensure training hours are used and recorded effectively Ensure all training activities are conducted using current materials and in line with best practise About you You will fit right into this role if you: Have on the job training experience A passion for Greggs and delivering Brand Standards across all product ranges Knowledge of Food Safety procedures and requirements Self-motivated and driven- you'll work remotely and be comfortable planning your own diary Ability to build strong relationships easily and influence at all levels Are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Have experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace Have Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have strong administrative and organisational skills Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good Want to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
