The Role As a Central Logistics Assistant you will provide essential administrative support to our Central and DC Logistics functions across our Domestic and Global Warehouses.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our DC Network and maintaining data accuracy in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Responsibilities Prepare and distribute daily reports on warehouse inbound and outbound Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and stock status to internal teams.
Manage communication with the retail team regarding key store opening dates and required delivery timelines.
Action stock discrepancies investigations and ensure resolutions are documented and communicated.
Assist in maintaining data accuracy within WMS and ERP systems including updates and audits as necessary.
Provide general administrative support to the logistics team including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and maintaining accurate/regular comms with other departments.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal meetings.
Help coordinate logisticsrelated projects and initiatives.
