Central Financial Accountant Harrogate - Hybrid working Permanent, full time Competitive salary plus benefits At Adler and Allan, we are on a tremendous growth path, with our Finance function developing into a first-class service for the organisation, we have identified the need of additional support in the shape of a Central Financial Accountant. This role is pivotal in supporting the financial operations of an ambitious, growing and fast-paced environment.
You will be supporting accounting activities, maintaining controls over Balance Sheet and contributing to the improvement of control environment across the Group. More about the role: Provide day to day technical accounting support across the Group, including acquisition accounting, provisioning and capitalisation. Support the development and implementation of the Group Finance Manual including the documentation of accounting processes, controls and policies. Support the production of the Monthly Consolidation and Board Pack. Perform full balance sheet review monthly, investigating and resolving any issues with team. Ensure the monthly group reporting procedures and deadlines are achieved to a high standard. Responsible for production of Statutory Accounts for all Group Entities. Support external audit and respond to audit queries, to ensure the timely and successful completion of both Group and subsidiaries audits. Assist with integration of divisional companies onto the group's financial reporting and ERP systems as required Key point of contact for technical accounting queries across the Group.
