Salary: £14,040 per year based on a 20h per week contract (part time) over 5 days a week.
Shift pattern: from 10:00 to 14:00 or from 11:00 to 15:00 This role has an ideal shift schedule for working parents.

Distribute beverage stock to the Food & Drink venues as per daily requisitions Monitor discontinued or out of stock lines and communicate with suppliers for suitable replacement and alternatives Consolidate daily order of correct products and quantities to suppliers Receive daily orders and fulfil daily requisitions on procurement system Rotate stock to minimize wastage and maintain BIN number in place in the cellar onto the procurement system Work with hotel management to improve the purchasing process as a way to reduce beverage wastage and improve profitability Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required What are we looking for?
Computer literate, with good Microsoft Excel skills Good time management and organisation skills Passion for providing an exceptional customer service experience ELIGIBILITY In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
