Remaining true to their values of safety and and family led values this truly is an employer in a league of their own.As a Cell Leader you will be responsible for:Leading a team to be effective and at the top of their game with zero tolerance for errors.Managing your team through your experience of Coaching, recruitment, development and managing performance.Ensuring compliance across health and safety and risk assessment at all timesDriving your team to achieve set deadlines, KPI's and accuracy in reporting.Delegating weekly and daily tasks ensuring cover across your cell at all times,Managing the ongoing development and support of your individual team members.Setting individual performance targets against capability and driving self development and performance.Consistently checking in with team and maintaining high levels of communication across the cell.Play a pro active part in hiring, individual appraisals, recognise individuals for career development and actively support with disciplinaries and grievances.Required experience from Candidates will be:A proven background in managing teams and development of individuals.Management within a manufacturing / engineering environment.A highly organised, process driven and professional mindset to their team and work.Experience of working within a deadline, target driven environment.The ability to pay first class levels of attention.A numerical, methodical approach to their work and team members.Successful applicants MUST have full right to work in the UK and be prepared to undertake a security clearance at the highest level.
