Job Title: Warehouse Cell Leader The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of people within the warehouse function.
You will take control of the pick and pack operation and be responsible for the replenishment of pick locations to ensure that company targets and objectives are met to meet customer demand.
Benefits Financial planning services Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance Profit sharing Performance bonus Sick pay Responsibilities Ensure customer orders are picked and processed efficiently through our WMS Red Ledge Supervise and control order picking and packing operation In conjunction with the Warehouse Management team, implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement Monitor OTIF and make changes accordingly to improve customer expectations Control of Forklift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity is maintained Ensure colleague performance is recorded and is in-line with company targets Record all pick errors ensuring to keep colleagues up to date Utilisation of working hours to ensure all KPIs are met Undertake colleague appraisals and one to one's Ability to conduct investigations and also be a note taker Undertake Disciplinary hearings and deliver the outcomes Ensure that SOPs are adhered to in line with company policy Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed Skills and Experience Experience in leading a team in a warehousing and logistics environment.
