CDP DATA MANAGER SALARY UP TO £70,000 LONDON - 2 DAYS A WEEK The Company This is a luxury fashion retailer THE ROLE As CDP Data Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Migrate customer data and oversee the management of customer data, testing, putting in new processes You will be supporting on the migration of their CDP from Salesforce to Zeta - also on other projects like data management validation, analysis and insights Youll also be data auditing, testing, improving the data for CRM purposes, user acceptance criteria, migrating all CRM campaigns The new platform is both a database and an ESP - this means they will be able to activate through the CDP and use it for sharing new marketing campaigns You should some understanding of data feeds, data landscape, and answering queries on what is known as their internal "data dictionary".
Defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, insights, reporting, data governance frameworks too.
