We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef or CDP that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business.

Duties will include: · Preparing fresh dishes to specification guides, and with ingredients to standards set by the Head chef.
· Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.
· Assist in the day to day running of the hotel kitchen.
· Run designated breakfast/ brunch section throughout the kitchen.
