Job summary The post holder must manage the inpatient, outpatient and day cases waiting lists for a delegated number of consultants within a specialty, in accordance with Government Access Targets and the Trust's Access Policy.The post holder will work as part of the Clinical Administration Unit to coordinate the administrative pathway of patients to ensure that Government waiting time targets are met.
Main duties of the job We are a team of 4 Specialties Urology, Breast, gynae-oncology and Vascular.This role will involve working with all 4 specialties to book appointments, take calls and reply to emails.
Ensuring that high quality patient care is at the forefront.Please note, we are a cross site trust working at both Maidstone and Pembury - the main base for this role will be Maidstone with occasional travel to Pembury.
