Job summary We currently have apermanent catering vacancy at Tenbury Community Hospital working 7 hours perweek (week 1 Thur/Fri , week2 Sat/Sun We have supportiveand passionate teams, and you will receive full training to ensure you cansucceed in this role.

Workingalongside dietetics and clinical teams, catering services ensure patientsreceive nutritionally balanced diets to support their recovery, in accordancewith national standards and the Trusts Food and Drink Strategy.
You will be part of a team who deliver a fullycomprehensive quality catering service offering choice to patients, staff andvisitors which meets legislative and mandatory requirements, in accordance withschedules and procedures.
You must maintain a high standard for all food and beveragepreparation including hot, cold and ambient items.
The post will consist of varied duties to includetaking patients meal orders face to face, serving patient meals, clearing away,washing up, cleaning of departments and equipment, food prep, receiving andmonitoring deliveries, putting food items away, following all guidance onlabelling and stock control.In return, you will receive full support, training andguidance to enable you to undertake all catering duties.
