Catering Manager

Team Support is looking for some experienced school catering managers to join our Team.
We work with multiple schools across the east London area who are looking for some catering managers to assist with their kitchen.
Must have: - Full right to work in the UK - Experience as a catering manager preferably in a school - DBS on the update service ideally, at least must be issued in the last 12 months -Intermediate or advanced Food Hygiene certification.
- Experience of managing a high volume food production outlet.
Duties: -To ensure that the Schools reputation for quality food and services is enhanced.
-To ensure that all catering operations are conducted according to Schools Policy.
-To administer Catering Establishment controls, keep adequate records.
-To plan menus which meet the requirements of statutory Nutritional Standards and Schools Nutrition Policy.
-To purchase all food and non-food supplies and carry out and document all necessary quality and safety checks, as required by the Schools purchasing policy and Assured Safe Catering procedures.
-To ensure correct and efficient storage to minimise unnecessary wastage and deterioration of foodstuffs.
