Catering Contract Manager - Reading Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.

To work on this contract you need to be a British citizen or hold dual British nationality Overview As the Contract Manager in Aldermaston, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across four units on-site.
Your responsibilities include managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, while driving foodservice solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Your leadership, organizational skills, and culinary expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective day to day service is achieved at each site to the Company sector standards and inline with the client contract agreement.
Lead and drive the strategy for growth within the contract.
Mange the financial; site performance of all four accounts so they deliver at least on budget and take action as required.
Communicate strategies to the team and implement improvements to maximize.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Implement senior client review processes to identify additional sales/service opportunities.
Ensure all Health and safety and food safety standards are delivered in accordance with the company Compass Group UK & Ireland policies, as well as additional client specific requirements.
Ensure our team is trained on client specific internal requirements.
Ensure purchasing complies with Compass Group UK & Ireland policies.
Continually review labour structures and ratios, adjusting consumable budgets accordingly.
Grow and develop the team around you so there is clear succession plan.

Fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulations.
Experience in risk management, analysis, and reduction.
