Main Scope of the Role · Continuously evaluate supplier partners and implement improvements
· Manage category development meetings
· Provide insights and action plans for supplier management
· Track category performance and enhance supplier relationships
· Execute strategies maximising member value
· Develop own branded propositions
· Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and IT
Measures of Success · Progress against KPIs
· New supplier management
· Proactive execution of structured supplier management meetings
· Collaborating effectively with teams across the business
· Positive feedback from members regarding category development
Personal Specification · Experience of purchasing, commercial, procurement, negotiating, category management or supply chain roles
· Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
· Strong Analytical & Multitasking skills
