A key member of the category team with the ability to translate category performance drivers, consumer insight and shopper trends into retailer and shopper occasion category stories, to allow us to deliver the triple win for Kellanova, retailers and the Customer.
Category Manager responsibility for building & delivering category strategy & sustainable category growth with a Top 4 retailer by:- A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Commercial Leadership – Leading the category relationship & strategy with the retail customer - Translate Kellanova's Vision and the retailers' strategy into a customer category plan aligned to key KPIs across both businesses.
Communication – Communicating clear category performance drivers, both internally to key teams and externally to the customer with a clear action plan.
Commercial Accumen - Category understanding to flex range needs by Channel format and challenge the business where white space opportunities exist.
Collaboration - Work with the RGM team to support Channel Strategy and commercial to co-create the Customer category plan for growth.
