Category Buyer

My Client is looking for a Category Buyer to work within the indirect business services division.
This role involves working with a team of seven buyers, collaborating on strategy development, supplier performance management, and managing relationships with international suppliers, as well as being responsible for the team on corporate professional services contracts.

They are looking for a someone who has experience as a purchasing manager or category Buyer with previous experience in the Indirect Procurement services category.

As this role will be working in suppliers relations and improving/delivering annual budget savings, they are looking for a skilled and experienced negotiator in commercial issues, including terms & conditions.
Additionally, the role is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to execute Strategy and Sourcing plans, as well as associated contract management and supplier relationship management.

This is a year contact paying £300 inside IR35 and doesn't offer sponsorship.
