Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate

Role - Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate Firm - Legal 500, Tier 1 ranked team handling some of the most complex large loss and catastrophic injury work available.
Cases arise from RTA and EL/PL accidents and involve brain injuries, amputations, severe psychiatric injury and chronic pain amongst various other complex and valuable work.
Clients range from large insurers, to corporates, construction companies to loss adjusters.
Role Responsibilities Handle a caseload of complex, high value large loss and catastrophic injury claims.
Conduct regular client contact and attend business development events Supervise and mentor junior staff where necessary Negotiate and settle cases for clients to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Ideal Candidate 5+ PQE qualified solicitor or CILEX.
Demonstrable experience working on complex defendant catastrophic injury work.
Preferably working at a defendant insurance firm on high value work.
