Cat Risk Manager - Nat Cat

We're seeking an experienced Exposure Management Analyst to enhance natural catastrophe risk modelling and accumulation management across a leading Syndicate.
Reporting directly to the Head of Exposure Management, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive key processes and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the monitoring and reporting of natural catastrophe accumulation risk.
Develop and maintain exposure data processes and analytics to support decision-making.
Manage relationships with model vendors and ensure effective communication of results.
Provide reporting to senior management, committees, and the board.
Oversee a team of 3, driving efficient operations and collaboration.
What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in Exposure Management, with expertise in RMS and Sequel Impact.
Familiarity with natural catastrophe business processes, including Lloyd's reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, or R for data processing and automation.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
