Casual Receptionist

As part of our Reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Key Responsibilities:• Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages when needed and greeting visitors• Keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised• Managing stationery and supplies• Handling deliveries and distributing them promptly• Issuing acknowledgment letters and updating databases• Liaising with contractors for building services• Supporting general office tasks and ad-hoc dutiesPlease note this is a casual position.
You will need to be flexible to cover holidays, absence and weekends when needed.
