Casual Night Operations Assistant

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.Casual Night Operations AssistantDuties & Responsibilities including, but not limited to:Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service, respond to guest service requests as and when needed.Carry out fire and security building patrols throughout the night.Assist with clearing and resetting meeting rooms when required.Serve occasional drinks in the bar after hours, on request to the required standard.Prepare occasional late night menu options to the correct standard.Cover reception desk-based duties once trained, including reporting and night audit process.Cleaning of specified public areas ready for the next day's operations.Always follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations.Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.Working hours are between 23:00 and 07:00 Monday to Sunday.
Number of shifts will vary per week.
