Your Role: Prepare and cook a range of dishes to a high standard, including pub classics and specials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen, adhering to all food hygiene and safety regulations.
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu planning and food presentation.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
What We're Looking For: Experience as a chef in a similar role, preferably in a pub or casual dining setting.
Passion for great food and dedication to quality.
A team player with good communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus).
