Case Manager

We are looking to recruit a Case Manager.

What You Can Expect Location – Remote (with site visits) Work Type – 6 months contract Salary - £500 per day inside IR35 Key Responsibilities as a Case Manager Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcome.
Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints.
Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally.
Mentoring and coaching of the HR advisor Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Experience in BAU but also redundancies/settlements/restructures/TUPE/ ER change is essential!
Field site experience managing ER cases – Must Happy to do 2 days per week in the field visiting different sites – all travel expenses and accommodation paid for Why Apply?
