Job Description Carpenter Multi Trader - South London & Surrey \n Property Services - Social Housing \n £20 per hour (£38,000 - £40,000+ Company Vehicle and fuel card) \n Temp to Perm Position \n Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to carry out works for a large contractor in social and domestic properties.
\n This position is a temp to perm role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.
\n Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader: \n \n Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties \n Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs.
\n Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.
\n \n Experience of the Carpenter Multi Trader: \n \n Must have social/domestic housing experience.
\n A full UK driving license.
\n Must have multiple trades.
