Key Responsibilities: Manufacture bespoke joinery items such as cabinets, counters, displays, etc.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans.
Work with a wide range of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, laminates, and MDF.
Use woodworking machinery and hand tools to shape, cut, and assemble components.
Ensure the highest standard of finish and craftsmanship in all joinery projects.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Bench Joiner / Carpenter, preferably in workshop settings Competent in using woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, and sanders.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Knowledge of various materials, including wood, laminates, and veneers.
