Caretaker - Permanent Position

Caretaker Position - Immediate Start in Dover Join Our Team as a Caretaker at a Large SEMH School We are looking for a Caretaker to start as soon as possible.
This is a permanent position, but we are open to a temp or temp-to-perm arrangement.
Experience: Ideally, candidates should have some experience and be looking to develop further.
Team: You will be working alongside the Senior Caretaker on site.
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week.
Role Level: Permanent role at KR3.
Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining school premises Moving furniture and managing deliveries Painting and making repairs Liaising with suppliers and contractorsSchool Environment: We are a large SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school Our students have challenging behaviour, and candidates should be prepared for a loud and sometimes difficult environment.
