To liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers contractors and hirers of the school and deal with any problems as they arise Report regularly to the clients representatives on the future resource requirements about the general maintenance of the site and fabric of the school and community estates.
Ability to liaise and plan with the client(s) upcoming events and support providing flexible working relationships individually and as part of a team.
Working appropriately with technology and or process to manage and record your daytoday activity.
Provide and complete compliance and appropriate documentation for the safe running of the site.
Act as a designated key holder providing emergency access to the school.
Undertake general portage duties including moving furniture and equipment within school and other client locations.
Carry out all duties with due regard to confidentiality and data protection regulations.

To provide support and ensure the cleaning and Service Specifications are delivered to the required standard for the client(s) To ensure essential weekly documents are completed on sites.
