Job Description Melody Care is a quality, trusted, and award-winning provider of home care services.
We are currently recruiting Carers to join our established team working with vulnerable adults in their own homes.  We offer guaranteed hour contracts of 10, 16, 25 and 35 hours per week.  WE DO NOT OFFER THE CERTIFICATE OF SPONSORSHIP.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE A CAR DRIVER WITH OWN CAR.  About The Role Responsibilities As a Professional Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with; Medication Meal preparation and nutrition Shopping and appointments Companionship Light cleaning duties Job Benefits Guaranteed 10, 16, 25 & 35 hour contract/s  Excellent pay linked to the Living Wage Foundation  Family run and local  Career development and professional support – ongoing review with your Care Management Team  Paid training for your personal development journey, provided you are working adequate hours for funding.
Courses can include Level 2 or Level 3 QCF Free smartphone to be used for work purposes   Free uniform   Generous Petrol Allowance   Enhanced weekday evening rate (from 19.00 until 23.00 hours)  Enhanced weekend rate  Anniversary Bonus  Performance Bonus - £1 for every additional hour over 1,820 hours per year (with a maximum payment of £750 per year period)  Birthday Bonus (day off or paid)  Christmas & Summer Bonus  Referral and Recognition Reward points using our Care Friends App Paid holiday (28 days inc bank holidays)  Company Pension  We can employ those without care experience as our onboarding process includes training, work-based learning, and ongoing, hands-on support.  Skills Needed About The Company Melody Care is a leading provider of high-quality home care services, committed to delivering personalized and compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for clients.
