As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering older people to live with dignity, respect, and independence.
Building meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and professionals, you'll provide support tailored to each individual's unique needs.
Your work will include assisting with personal care, supporting mobility and activity, and ensuring physical and emotional well-being.
You'll also take responsibility for creating and reviewing personalised care plans that reflect the preferences and goals of each service user.You will help maintain a warm, inclusive, and comfortable environment, ensuring that service users feel valued and supported.
Your role will include monitoring nutritional needs, offering compassionate care during challenging times, and ensuring that their personal spaces are well-maintained and reflective of their individuality.
Whether responding to emergency calls, welcoming visitors, or collaborating with colleagues, you'll contribute to a positive and respectful community.This flexible role operates on a rota, including evenings and weekends, and offers opportunities for ongoing professional development.

This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
