Details of the offer

As a Care Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to older people, enabling them to live with dignity and independence.
Acting as a key worker, you will create, monitor, and review care plans in consultation with the service user and other stakeholders.
You will assist individuals with personal care, support their use of mobility aids, and liaise with health professionals to ensure their needs are met, particularly during illness or end-of-life care.
In this role, you will help promote mental and physical activity, ensuring that the service users' environment and personal belongings are maintained to a high standard.
You will also play an essential part in monitoring nutritional needs, answering emergency calls, and welcoming visitors professionally.
Your role will involve writing and reading reports, adhering to CrossReach policies and SSSC codes of conduct, and contributing to team meetings.
You will work on a rota that includes weekends and evenings, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the needs of service users.
Training opportunities will allow you to develop your skills further.
Respect for Christian worship and facilitating service users' spiritual needs, including enabling attendance at worship of their choice, will be an integral part of your role.
