As a Care Worker, you will play a key role in meeting the diverse needs of older people, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.
Your responsibilities will include personal care, supporting service users with mobility aids, and encouraging their physical and mental well-being.
As a key worker, you will collaborate with families and professionals to create and update individual care plans tailored to each person's requirements.
You will ensure that the physical environment and personal belongings of service users are well-maintained, reflecting their preferences and dignity.
Additionally, you will monitor nutritional needs, respond to emergencies, and maintain professional communication with visitors and team members.
Your work will align with CrossReach's policies, including those related to health and safety, and you will be responsible for accurate record-keeping in line with SSSC standards.
This role requires a flexible approach to shift work, including evenings and weekends, and a willingness to undertake ongoing training to enhance your skills.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
