We are looking for a dedicated Care Worker to join our team, providing support and care to older people.
As a key worker for designated service users, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing care plans, assisting with personal and intimate care, and helping with the use of any aids or equipment.
You will also liaise with health professionals as needed, support mental and physical activities, and maintain a high standard of personal environment and effects.
Your duties will include monitoring nutritional needs, answering emergency calls, and maintaining professional communication with visitors.
You will need to comply with all Health and Safety regulations, participate in staff meetings, and work on a rota basis including weekends and evenings.
It is also essential to adhere to CrossReach's policies and financial procedures while undergoing necessary training.
Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care and have basic computer literacy skills.
A respect for Christian worship and facilitating service users' attendance at worship is important.
