As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professional Support Workers, focused on delivering a person-centred, bespoke care service that genuinely enhances the lives of the young individuals we support.

You will be placed in a team anywhere within the North East of England so flexibility in travel and staying away from home is essential.
As a team manager your will: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Manage staffing rotas, ensuring 'in ratio cover' is in place at all times.
Carry out thorough inductions and training for new joiners to the team.
Conduct regular and meaningful 1-2-1s and supervisions with your team.
Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the placement.
Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and the team have the correct knowledge.
Take an active part in Support Worker interviews via MS Teams.
Requirements A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent relevant qualification) is required.
A minimum of 1 years management experience within the health and social care sector.
Full right to work in the UK.
A full UK manual driving license.
Shifts typically follow a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including both 12 hour day and 12 hour waking night shifts, often your day shifts will be followed by a sleep in.
